The Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/621 of 18 18 February 2020 amending Annexes I and V to Regulation (EU) 2019/125 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment has been published on the Official Journal of the EU (OJ L 144/1 of 07/05/2020).
The Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/621 amendments Annex I to the Anti-torture Regulation updating the addresses of Member States’ competent authorities and Annex V updating the list of destinations for which the EUGEA is valid.
Notably, Annex V is modified as follows:
in Annex V, the list in Part 2 Destinations is amended as follows:

the entry ‘Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia’ is deleted; |
(b) |
after the entry ‘Gabon’, the entry ‘The Gambia’ is inserted; |
(c) |
after the entry ‘Liechtenstein’, the entry ‘Madagascar’ is inserted; |
(d) |
after the entry ‘Nicaragua’, the entry ‘North Macedonia’ is inserted. |
