We are happy to announce this exciting news relevant for anyone interested in the sphere of public policy and human rights: the Government of the Russian Federation has awarded 12 grants for prospective non-Russian students of the Master’s Programme in “Political analysis and public policy” at the Department of Public Policy at Higher School of Economics, Moscow. The grant covers all tuition fees, students are provided with HSE dormitory and are eligible for monthly scholarship, as well as travel discounts in Moscow.
Scholarship applications (including motivation letter, academic transcripts, CV and at least one letter of reference) are accepted till February 28th, 2018. Priority in the admission process will be given to people showing long-standing interest in the sphere of human rights.
The Programme, launched in 2009, is taught entirely in English since 2012; students have various mobility and internship opportunities, including a right to participate in the double diploma program with the University of Bologna and exchange programs with International University College of Turin, Universty of Turin and Science Po Lyon.
